Submitted by Kebang. Here is another small layout, 6x4, and for simplicity this one is a flat layout. The large station could be extended over the rev loop, but the gradients would be difficult. This layout is a combined 'end to end' and 'out & back' design. No passing station on this one, but there are goods sheds at both stations.
I've also shown a run around at the large station, so a tank or diesel loco could depart from the large station, travel around the rev loop, return to the large station, use the run around and set off again, with no help from 'The Hand Of God!'
