The first of three branch line plans develops the simple oval supplied with many train sets, with the addition of a passing loop and two sidings. Flexible track is used in the passing loop as no set-track exactly fits the available space – but the benefit of added loop length allows longer trains to operate. A goods shed and station platform on the lower part of the plan add to the operational interest, with branch line trains from any region passing through this quiet country station.
