This simple plan models the Moorswater Cement terminal in the South West - not an area I know much about, but the cramped industry is very familiar! The simple track arrangement is crowded by buildings and trees, making for a reasonably compact and potentially very recognisable model. You can run many types of British Rail diesel loco with cement hoppers or tankers - although this setup could easily be converted to any other type of industry.
