Submitted by Kebang. London Road is a development of my old bedroom layout which you might like to include in the library. It fits in an 8' x10' room, leaving room to open the door. Access to the extreme bottom right of the layout is a bit of a stretch, and so I would make the lower baseboard here strong enough to take my weight, which would also be imposed on the tunnel covering the lower baseboard concealed loops.
